Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping
For customers within India, all orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or Speed Post. Orders are dispatched within 0–7 business days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment, unless a different dispatch date has been agreed upon.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the destination and courier service availability.

International Shipping
For international buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post only. Orders are dispatched within 0–7 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment, unless otherwise specified.
Delivery to international destinations generally takes 15–25 business days, depending on the country, customs clearance and courier transit times.

General Terms
MITHILA NATURALS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery caused by the courier company, postal authorities, or unforeseen circumstances. Our responsibility is limited to handing over the consignment to the respective courier or postal service within the stipulated dispatch time.
All deliveries will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
Confirmation of shipment and tracking details will be sent to the buyer’s registered email address.
