Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Mithila Naturals, we take great pride in offering high-quality FMCG products. We understand that unexpected issues may arise, and for that reason, we offer a clear and transparent Cancellation, Replacement, and Refund policy.
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order, provided the order has not been packed or shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
We offer a 7-day replacement or refund for products that are:
damaged during transit
expired at the time of delivery
defective
incorrect or different from what was ordered
To be eligible, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
your order number
clear photos of the product and outer packaging
(optional) an unboxing video for faster verification
After verification, we will issue either:
a replacement product, or
a refund to your original payment method
Since we sell FMCG and food products, we cannot accept returns of any items that have been opened, unsealed, used, or tampered with after delivery.
Returns are strictly limited to issues that occur before the product reaches you, such as:
transit damage
incorrect items
expired goods
Once the product packaging is opened by the customer, it becomes non-returnable and non-refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
